Do you make your own vegetable broth?
I’m curious if I should consider making my own vegetable broth. The Organic Gluten Free broth I purchase is about 4 dollars for a large box and it is 4 quarts of broth.
I don’t tend to have enough scraps per meal to make a broth. Would I be able to freeze the scraps and make a broth at weeks ends?
Would anyone recommend this, or is it just a waste of time?
