Do you like Salt & Vinegar Chips?

Then my oh my, I have a recipe for you. It will require a dehydrator.  I think you can bake them, but I really think the texture and perfection the dehydrator reaches is what makes this recipe work so well.

I’ve been on an absolute quest to find something I could dehydrate with Salt & Vinegar flavor that would ring as true to the unhealthy greasy original chip, since they’re my favorite, and I can go straight fat kid when I get my hands on a bag of them (Salt & Vinegar Kettle Chips to be exact).
