Hah – the Worst advice I’ve ever seen from an alleged health source.

Are you…kidding me?
This cracks me up, and is a perfect example of how naive many people are, or think we as consumers are, when it comes to health and nutrition. We live in an age where information is at our fingertips. Stop buying what everyone is selling, and do some research.
Buzz words like: Diet, Vegetarian, Healthy, Low Fat, Fat Free, Gluten Free, weight loss… the list goes on.
None of this matters, its not a diet. The way you eat should be a lifestyle. Or you will never embrace it fully and happily.
When you start eating well, your body will thank you. You will feel lighter, happier, cleaner, more energetic, and you will want to return the favor to your body, by continuing to feed it real food.
