My “Duh!” Moment

So one of the few premade, processed, preserved items I still buy on a normal basis would be hot sauce.  Cholula to be exact.

Not only is Cholula expensive, but I go through it like water when I buy it. I homemake everything else so… why not THIS?!

So I finally thought to myself…. How hard could it really be to make?

I doubt I’ll be able to replicate Cholula, but if I can make even a close, delicious hot sauce, I’ll be very happy.

I’m going to try and make some soon.

Any experience making your own hot sauces? tips?
