Curry Coconut Sweet Potato Soup

What I did differently
- I used Indian Curry Paste, and only 1.5 T.
My curry paste is concentrated, not sure if that makes a difference. The end result had a plenty strong curry taste.
- Did not use Peanut Butter
However I did garnish with Peanuts, and it was a nice flavor contrast.
