Dehydrated Yams & Sweet Potatoes

Dehydrated Yams & Sweet Potatoes

I use a Nesco Dehydrator.

I used Yams & Sweet Potatoes. I sliced them as thin as I could manage with a knife. Although, I can tell they’d be crispier if I could get them thinner.

They’re soaked in apple cider vinegar and a touch of Olive Oil for about 20 mins.

The yams are seasoned with Dill.

Dehydrate until desired crispiness! (I dehdyrated for abotu 8 hours) I keep them in my cupboard since I can go through them fairly quickly. However, if you plan to store them for an extended time, freeze them!
